CONTACTCOACH // FLIGHT ANALYSIS
Drop the CSV your launch monitor already exports. Get descent angle, club path, and face-to-path — estimated from flight physics, and we show how we get there.

Every club gets 1σ and 2σ confidence ellipses computed from your actual (lateral, carry) shot pairs — not eyeballed ovals. Mishits are flagged and excluded up front, and the gapping numbers use medians, so one shank doesn't lie about your pattern — and outliers are marked, never silently dropped.

ContactCoach lines up every club's carry distance side by side so you can see where two clubs are fighting for the same yardage and where a 20-yard gap is quietly costing you strokes. It's the full-bag view most launch monitor software makes you build in a spreadsheet.

The impact visualization shows estimated club path and face-to-path from spin axis — numbers that usually need club-tracking hardware costing thousands more, or a paid unlock, to measure directly. We show how we work it out next to every estimate, not just a number.

Adaptive per-club thresholds flag shots that look like duffs or thin strikes so they don't skew your averages — but every flagged shot stays visible, grayed out, never silently deleted. You decide what counts.
Some numbers only come from hardware that costs thousands of dollars — or a paid software unlock. ContactCoach estimates them from the flight data your monitor already exports, and shows exactly how.
| Metric | Measured natively by | ContactCoach |
|---|---|---|
| Descent / landing angle | Trackman (~$14k+ hardware); FlightScope Mevo+ only with the $599–$1,000 Pro Package unlock | Estimated from carry, apex & flight time — how (estimated) |
| Club path & face-to-path | Trackman / GCQuad-class hardware, or Mevo+ with the Pro Package unlock | Estimated from spin axis & launch direction — how (estimated) |
| Dispersion ellipses | Not shown by any single-session launch monitor display | 1σ / 2σ ellipses computed per club from your shot data — how it's built |

Every estimate is a physics model, not a measurement, and we show how we work it out and its limits on the relevant guide: descent angle, face-to-path, dispersion ellipses, and how we keep mishits from skewing any of it in mishit filtering.
ContactCoach parses CSV exports from Garmin R10, FlightScope, Trackman, GSPro, and Foresight.
